As a user of the CureALife Platform, you possess the following rights concerning your personal and health data:

• Right to deletion (request erasure of data, subject to legal limits)

• Right to data portability (receive your data in a structured, commonly used format)

• Right to withdraw consent (opt-out of further processing)

• Right to restrict or object to processing (limit how your data is used for certain purposes)

2. Request Process

Requests to exercise any of the above rights may be submitted via the user dashboard settings or by sending a written request to our dedicated support email.

3. Response Timeline

The Company will endeavor to respond to and fulfill all valid user requests within 30 days of receipt, or within the specific timeframes mandated by applicable law.

4. Limitations

The right to deletion is not absolute. Certain medical, billing, or technical data may be retained for a specific duration to comply with legal, regulatory, or audit requirements.
