CONSENT MANAGEMENT POLICY

  • Telemedicine Consent (as per Indian Telemedicine Guidelines, 2020)

  • AI-Based Decision Support Consent

  • Audio/Video Recording Consent

  • Third-party Sharing Consent

3. Consent Policy

By using our services, you provide consent for teleconsultation, data sharing with verified professionals, third parties, insurance companies, corporates, NGOs, and for communication related to service updates and marketing.

4. Third-Party Messaging Consulting Consent

If you opt to use third-party platforms like Talky.io, Jitsi.Meet, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc., for consultation, you acknowledge potential risks, including non-compliance with medical data protection laws, their terms & conditions and policies.

5. Consent Collection

Consent is collected digitally during registration, appointment booking, teleconsultation, lab orders, pharmacy orders, and insurance processing.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

Users may withdraw consent via dashboard or written request. Withdrawal may limit access to services.

7. Organizational Consent

Corporates, hospitals, NGOs must ensure lawful consent from their patients or employees.

8. Audit & Records

All consent logs are securely stored and auditable.

9. Regulatory Compliance

We adhere to:

  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act)

  • Telemedicine Guidelines (2020)
