CureALife Healthtech – Pricing Policy

1. Pricing Model

CureALife Healthtech utilizes the following various pricing structures for its services:

Per consultation fees for immediate services
Subscription plans for continuous care or bundled services
Customized corporate, NGO, and institutional pricing
Separate fees for AI features and other specialized add-ons

Note: Pricing is heavily dependent on the individual service provider (e.g., clinicians or medics, lab, pharmacy, and other third-party service providers) who set their own fees, which CureALife facilitates.

2. Transparency

All applicable service charges, fees, and the total cost will be clearly displayed to the user immediately prior to the final booking confirmation and payment processing.

3. Taxes

All prices quoted for services are exclusive of applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other statutory taxes will be added to the final amount as required by the relevant laws of India.

4. Dynamic Pricing

The Platform may implement dynamic pricing. This means that surge or priority fees may be temporarily applied to services based on factors such as high demand, non-standard hours, or the need for immediate specialized access.

5. Revisions

Pricing is subject to change. Fees may be updated periodically by the individual service providers (Clinicians, Labs, etc.) without prior notice from CureALife. The price displayed at the time of booking is the final binding rate for that specific transaction.
