CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility
The eligibility for a cancellation & refund depends on the specific service booked (doctor consultation, lab test, pharmacy order) and is primarily governed by the individual cancellation, failure, or service rules set by the respective service provider (Clinician, Lab, or Pharmacy).
2. Cancellation & Refund
The following rules apply to scheduled Doctor/Clinician/Medic Consultations:
Cancellation: Patients cannot cancel a consultation once it has been booked and payment has been completed, as doing so prevents other patients in need from accessing that appointment slot.
Full Refund: If the consultation is canceled or rescheduled by the Clinician or Doctor.
No Refund: If the consultation is canceled by the Patient.
No Refund: For 'no-shows' where the Patient fails to attend the confirmed consultation without prior cancellation.
3. Technical Failures
If a scheduled consultation or service cannot be completed due to a technical failure or outage directly attributable to the CureALife Platform, the user will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no extra cost.
4. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original source of payment within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
5. Third-party Services
Cancellation & Refunds for services provided by integrated Third-party Providers (Labs, Pharmacies, Insurance) are governed solely by the partner's individual refund, cancellation, and returns policies. CureALife acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for the timing or approval of these external refunds.
